Overview:

L-Carnosine is a dipeptide (two amino acids) often found in organs and tissues such as the brain, heart, skin, muscles, kidneys and stomach. L-carnosine can activate cells in the human body and resist aging through two mechanisms: inhibiting glycation and protecting our cells from free radical damage. The consequences of glycation are uncontrolled cross-linking of sugar molecules and proteins (sugar molecules will stick to each other) on proteins), loss of cell function and incomplete gene assembly, which accelerates aging. L-Carnosine can also stabilize cell membranes and reduce brain lipid peroxidation, thereby preventing nerve and brain degeneration.

use:

L-carnosine is a naturally occurring histidine-containing compound, and the biological role of this dipeptide is to act as a cytosolic buffer. Other effects of L-carnosine include its role as a neurotransmitter, modulation of enzyme activity, and chelation of heavy metals.

L-carnosine can be used as cellular antioxidant, maintain the body's pH balance, and extend cell life. Purpose L-carnosine is a dipeptide with strong antioxidant and anti-glycation activity; blocks non-enzymatic glycosylation and protein cross-linking induced by reactive aldehydes.

L-carnosine has potential antioxidant and anti-glycosylation activity; prevents acetaldehyde-induced non-enzymatic glycosylation and protein coupling. It is also a substrate for carnosinase detection, which can maintain the body's pH balance and extend cell life.

Chemical properties:

L-carnosine comes in the form of white powder.
